Week of Aug 10–14 · Settles Friday 4:00 PM ET

You already watch gas prices. Put five dollars on where they go.

Simple tickets on gold, gas, and the stock market. The prize, the odds, and our fee — on the dollar — are printed on the ticket before you buy.

Mon 09:30 ET · Five markets · Typical week's move shown beside each

Pick something you already watch.

The gas price on the corner sign. The gold your uncle keeps mentioning. The index your retirement account already lives in. You don't need a new opinion — you need a fair price for the one you have.

    Tue · Fee 6% flat · Purse = stake × 0.94 ÷ P(win)

    Price it yourself.

Move the target further out and the purse grows while the odds shrink. Our fee is a line item, not something folded into the odds — six cents on the dollar, whichever way it settles.

    What the house keeps.

Same weekly habit, three places to spend it, one year. The hatched part never reaches a prize pool at all.

Expected averages from published takeout and hold rates; any single year varies. The betting-app figure charges 9% on each pass and assumes winnings are re-bet about 2.5 times a week — that is how a 9% toll becomes a 21% one.

Thu · Cap $5,000 a year by default · Lower it: instant · Raise it: documents + 30 days

The only limit is the one you set.

Every account carries a yearly ceiling, tied to your ID rather than your login. Lowering it takes one tap. Raising it takes paperwork and a month — that part is deliberate.

Changed your mind mid-week? Sell the ticket back at the market price, any day before Friday.

Everything past $5,000 takes income documents and a 30-day wait.

Fri 16:00 ET · Settled at the published price · Paid in 1–2 days

Four o'clock. The race is run.

    Monday — what you bought
    Friday — how it settled

    If you win

The purse goes back to the same debit card in one to two business days. No forms, no minimums, no verification call.

    If you lose

The ticket settles at zero and the app says so plainly — no confetti, no "so close!", no nudge to buy another. The loss counts against your cap.

    Who's watching

Purse is being built to run on a federally regulated derivatives exchange overseen by the CFTC, with customer money in segregated accounts and settlement prices from a published source we don't control.

We never take the other side. Your loss goes to the player who took it, not to us.
